Terms of Service – Brands overlap

By using Brands overlap services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services:

- We provide Shopify/WooCommerce store setup, branding, logo design, SEO, and digital marketing services.

- All services are delivered as outlined in the chosen package (Basic, Standard, Premium).

2. Client Responsibilities:

- Clients are responsible for purchasing any paid themes, apps, or third-party services needed for their store.

- Clients must provide accurate information and assets (logos, product details, etc.) in a timely manner.

3. Payment & Revisions:

- Full payment or agreed milestones must be made before service delivery begins.

- Revisions are limited as per the chosen package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4. Delivery:

- Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to client feedback or unforeseen technical issues.

5. Refunds & Cancellations:

- Refunds are only available as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property:

- All work created by Brands overlap remains our property until full payment is received.

- Clients are granted usage rights for paid services upon full payment.

7. Limitation of Liability:

- Brands overlap is not responsible for losses arising from business decisions based on our services.

- We provide setup, guidance, and design; we do not guarantee sales, revenue, or business success.
